Richard Petrick Obituary
Richard Michael Petrick, 83, passed away peacefully in his home on May 29, 2022. He was born November 6, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Joseph and Gizella Petrick.
Richard was a long-time resident of Middlefield. He was proud to be a good friend of country and western singer Skeeter Davis and the president of her fan club in the 60’s. He retired from Johnson Rubber Company after 43 years of employment in April 2000. Richard loved spending his time outside doing yard work and gardening. He also enjoyed building small outdoor ornaments. A favorite pastime was spending time on his computer surfing the internet and reading up on all variety of information. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Bill Petrick and Tom Petrick, and two sisters Barb Toth and Betsy Hall. He is survived by two brothers John (Sharon) Petrick of Middlefield and Jim (Retha) Petrick of Garrettsville, and two sisters Pat Fisher and Rhonda Petrick, both of Middlefield, along with many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Monday June 6, 2022 11:00AM until the time of his service at 1:00 PM at Sly Family Funeral Home 15670 W. High Street, Middlefield.
