Morgan aka Putsy Hershberger

Morgan Hershberger, aka Putsy, of Middlefield, went to be with Jesus on October 5th 2020 at age 18.

 He was born February 23, 2002 to John and Regina Hershberger. He attended and graduated from Cardinal High School in May of 2020.

Morgan loved football, a good party, great food, family game night and Mama Hersh. He could light up any room he walked into with his quick wit. He loved spending time with his football teammates. Morgan was attending college at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. One of his new hobbies was snowboarding and he was looking forward to a snowboarding trip planned for January with his brother and friends. His other hobby was correcting people’s grammar, which he did quite often. There wasn't anyone quite like Putsy.

Morgan is survived by his parents John and Regina of Middlefield, siblings Jordon of Mesopotamia, Niky (Arlyn) Miller of Sugarcreek, Blake of Middlefield, and two nephews (Elijah and Jude). He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Homer and Elizabeth Zook of Hartville, OH, his paternal grandparents John and Sarah Hershberger of McConnelsville, OH, and many uncles, aunts, cousins and Cardinal Huskie friends.

Calling hours will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Mespo Center. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 9th at 10:00 am at the Mespo Center, 4300 Kinsman Rd. Mesopotamia, OH with Kenny Kuhns officiating. Burial will follow at Middlefield Cemetery.
