Maxine Fugate Obituary
Maxine H. Fugate, 71, passed away on Tuesday October 11, 2022, at her home in Parkman, Ohio.
Born to the late Roscoe and Marjorie (Finlaw) Heflin on October 9, 1951, in Claridon, Ohio.
Maxine was a former member of Parkman Congregational Church. She worked for Hiram College in Housekeeping many years and after retirement she was a local Amish taxi driver. She enjoyed butterflies, painting, spending time with her family and going to girl’s afternoon out for dinner.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Jeffrey Fugate of Parkman, her significant other, Daniel Lesh of Parkman, Many cousins, step-nieces, and step-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and stepsister Nannette Metz and her stepbrother Jack Heflin
Calling hours will be held Saturday October 22, 2022, from 1:00 PM until her Funeral Service at 4:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 W. High Street, Middlefield, Ohio 44062.
