Mary F. (Nelson) White

Mary F. White, 91, of Middlefield, formerly of West Virginia passed away at Ohman Family at Briar on Monday, April 17, 2023. She was born December 31, 1931, to the late Eston and Chloe (Spencer) Nelson in Boyer, West Virginia and then moved to Middlefield, Ohio in 1955. Mary was a former member of Middlefield United Methodist Church. She loved Jigsaw puzzles, cooking, and baking but most of all she loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandkids.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters Louise (Al) Fenselon, Anita ( Rick) Brown, 10 grandchildren, 19 Great grandchildren, one great great grandson and one special great grand dog.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy White, a daughter, Carol Sue Brining,  her siblings, Lester Nelson, Stanley Nelson, Shirley Nelson, Charles Eston Nelson, Eugene Nelson, Clyde Nelson, Janeth Fritz, Ruth Truitt, Martha Mullenax, Bessie Thompson, and Sadie Brown. two grandchildren Mike Fenselon and Melissa Brown Gresch. 

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 W. High Street, Middlefield, OH 44062 Sunday April 23, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 4:00 PM. Pastor Randy Kaser will be officiating her services. Mary will be laid to rest in Middlefield Cemetery at a later date.
