Margaret Ann (Papp) Soederstrom

Margaret Ann Soederstrom 77 of Claridon formerly of South Euclid, passed away Saturday July 20, 2024 at Burton Health Care Center.  She was born in Cleveland April 6, 1947 to the late Aurel and Geraldine (Kozelka) Papp. She graduated from John Adams High School 1965. Margaret worked as a Nurses Aid, and Inventory Control for Swagelok.  She enjoyed crafting, gardening and antiques.  Margaret attended St Lucy Catholic Church in Middlefield.  

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Mark A. Soederstrom, whom she married February 13, 1981, son Robert Will, brothers, Mike Papp, David (Shari) Papp, sister in law, Phyllis Papp, several nieces and nephews, and her fur baby, Skygaze.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Will Soederstrom who died in 1994, brother Orrie Papp, and her sister in law, Jeanette Papp.  

Calling hours will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday July 25, 2024 at the Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 W. High St, Middlefield, OH. 44062.  Funeral Mass will be 10:30 AM Friday July 26, 2024, at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 16280 E High St, Middlefield, OH 44062, with Father Jacob Bearer officiating. Burial will follow Mass in East Claridon Cemetery.
