Margaret "Marge" Pollari, 67, of Huntsburg, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Ohman Family Living at Blossom.
Marge was born on November 12, 1957, to Joseph and Maryann (Mirisch) Hummel. She graduated from Cardinal High School in 1976 and married the love of her life, John Pollari, in April 1978.
For 24 years, Marge owned and operated Marge’s Smoke Shop, where she built lasting relationships with her customers and truly enjoyed being part of the community. She was a devoted member of the East Claridon Methodist Church and the Chardon Eagles.
Marge was an outdoorswoman at heart. She loved sports, camping, and traveling—often on a whim—and embraced each adventure with enthusiasm and joy.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, John, brother Bill Hummel, and her beloved niece and nephew, Kristen and Joey. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Joseph Hummel III and Tim Hummel.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 W. High Street, Middlefield. Additional calling hours will take place on Saturday, May 3, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, also at Sly Family Funeral Home.
A funeral service will follow immediately at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Karen Cico officiating. Burial will take place afterward at Huntsburg Cemetery.
