Kenneth L. Kubasek Sr.

Kenneth L. Kubasek Sr. 81 of Garrettsville passed away Tuesday June 11, 2024, at Burton Health Care.  He was born February 21, 1943, in Berea, Ohio to the late Charles Frederick Kubasek and Alethea Marie (Charvat) Rafter.  Kenneth graduated from Maple Hights High School in 1963 and served with the US Army from 1964 - 1967.  Kenneth worked in maintenance departments for many local companies and was a delivery driver for the Sun Newspaper and Pizza Hut.  He enjoyed riding his horses and participated in several horse clubs in Portage County and Walton Hills, Ohio.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Alethea, as well as his wife Linda Lee (Shelar) Kubasek.  He will be sadly missed by his children Roy Keith Kirwin, Yvonne (Jae) Etling, Karin Love, Ken Kubasek Jr, Karol Kubasek, grandchildren Jessica Love, Ashley Love, Sebastian Love, Jeremy (Megan) Etling, Aleighea Love, Jazmine Duncan, Johnnie Duncan Jr. and great grandchildren, Zanniyah, Azariyah, and Adeline. 

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal services are planned.
