Born on January 2, 1952, in Cleveland to the late Joseph and Mary (Fallon) McDougall, Kathey lived a life full of love, faith, and dedication.

She was a member of St. Edward’s Catholic Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, taught Sunday school classes, and played piano in the Music Ministries until she was no longer able. She also volunteered delivering Meals on Wheels. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family, attending school events of her children and numerous nieces and nephews. Kathey’s professional career included dedicated service at Burton Lumber & Fuel, Hiscox Insurance Agency, and the Good News before her retirement.
She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Gary; her children, Curtis (Christie Evans) Koller, and Karey (Cole) Kulch; her grandchildren, Seth (Jessica) Kulch and Jenna (Joseph Steffen) Kulch; her siblings, James (Robin) McDougall, Mary Therese (late Ray Miller), John (Janet) McDougall, Anne (Ken) Creagh, Ellen (Dean) McDougall-Peska, Nora McDougall, Lisa (Raymond Baddour MD) McDougall, Margaret McDougall-Bechter; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
