Jonas Miller

 Jonas Miller, AKA Papa, of North Bloomfield was lovingly surrounded by his family as he stepped into the arms of Jesus on October 19, 2023, at the age of 72. He was born September 28, 1951, in Burton, Ohio.

Jonas loved life and lived it so well. He faithfully served Jesus and loved his family. He enjoyed spending time sitting around the campfire, playing games, splitting firewood, and most of all he enjoyed all the delicious food. He wore the name of Papa with pride.

Jonas was the owner and operator of Miller Painting. He was known as the greatest house painter of all time! At one time the local Sherwin Williams nicknamed a paint color 'Jonas Red'

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Miller, his four children, James (Martha), Lorina (Danny), Rose (Russell) and Kevin, and ten grandchildren, Zachary, Jordan, Seth, Jayden, Lavern, Caleb, Laina, RJ, Raina and Sha'Nayah,and 7 brothers and 6 sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Ada Wengerd Miller and one brother, Noah Miller.

Visitation for friends and family will be held at the Mespo Event Center, 4300 Kinsman Rd N Bloomfield Oh. on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM.

A Celebration of Life will be at the Mespo Event Center, Monday, Oct. 23 at 10:30 in the morning. The final resting place will be at Fairview Cemetery, Mesopotamia Oh, immediately after the service.
