John Mast Obituary
John E. Mast, 81 of Parkman passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 16, 1939, in Middlefield to the late Elmer J. and Emma (Miller) Mast. John worked for Johnson Rubber for 44 years where he retired. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He loved taking care of animals, especially his horses. He also enjoyed farming, learning about family and American history, and eating.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Barbara S. (Shrock) Mast whom he was marred to for 58 years, his children, Catherine (Eli) Yoder, Robert John (Kristina) Mast, Martin Ray (Sara Jane) Mast, sister, Linda (Joe) Gingerich, brothers, Ray (Emma dec) Mast, Paul (Mary Ann) Mast, Elmer Mast Jr., 15 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a infant sister.
Visitation will be anytime until the time of his service which will be held 9:30 AM Thursday, July 15, 2021, at his home, 16342 Hosmer Road, Middlefield, Ohio 44062, with Melvin Miller officiating. His final resting place will be in Yoder Cemetery in Parkman, Ohio
