John B. Hostetler

John B. Hostetler, of West Farmington, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 27, 2025, at The Ohio State University Hospital. He was 68 years old.

Born on February 6, 1957, in Claridon, Ohio, John was the son of the late Benjamin J. and Viola (Miller) Hostetler. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a devoted member of the Old Order Amish Church.

He is survived by his siblings, Sylvia Bontrager, Maryann Hostetler, Rudy (Martha) Hostetler, Emma Raber, Monroe (Ronda) Hostetler, Jonas (Dana) Hostetler, He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Mahlon Hostetler; Dan Hostetler; Benjamin Hostetler Jr.; and two infant siblings, Ervin and Susan Hostetler.

Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 AM, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 4505 Stroups Hickox Rd, West Farmington, Ohio 44491, with Bishop Robert C. Miller officiating. Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service. He will be laid to rest in Troyer Cemetery, West Farmington, Ohio following the services.
