Janet Louise (Lipstreu) White

Janet Louise White, 64, of West Farmington passed away peacefully at Cortland Healthcare surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. She was born June 18, 1958 to the late Emery and Nella May (Krebs) Lipstreu in Cleveland.  Janet graduated from Berkshire High School and went on to get her associate business degree at Kent State. She also earned her managers license as a hairdresser. She married her husband, John, August 6, 1983.

Janet was a member of St. Edwards church in Parkman, Ohio.  She enjoyed baking, canning, cooking, flowers,and birdwatching.  She loved hosting get-togethers, but most of all, she enjoyed the time she spent with her friends and family. 

She will be sadly missed by her husband John, her daughters Joy (Tony) Pavsic, Jennifer (Brandon) Burrow and Julie Paluscsak, as well as her sister Patricia DeRosa, and brothers Bill (Karen) Lipstreu, John Lipstreu, and Richard (Susan) Lipstreu, and grandchildren Juliana, Luka, Bronson, Abigail, Amelia, and Jacob.

Beside her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Kay Klein.

Calling hours will be Monday, July 18, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 PM, and 6:00-8:00 PM at Sly Family Funeral Home 15670 West High Street, Middlefield, Ohio.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 10 AM at Sly Funeral Home with Father Jacob Bearer officiating. Burial will follow the service at Troy Cemetery.
