Jacob H. Kempf, 62 of Orwell died Friday September 10, 2021, at UH Geauga Medical Center. He was born August 14, 1959, in Middlefield to the late Henry and Mary (Leslein) Kempf.

He is survived by 1 son, 2 brothers, and 6 sisters. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 1 brother, and 6 sisters.

Visitation will be held until the Services which will be held at Allen D. Byler’s residences, 8044 Bundysburg Road, Middlefield, Ohio 44062 on Monday September 13, 2021, at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow the service in Clark Road Cemetery.
