Isabel Hottenstein - Nicholes Obituary
Isabel H. Nicholes 105 of Middlefield, formerly of Mesopotamia, passed away at Ohman Family Living at Briar. She was born August 8, 1915 in Clarksburg, WV. to the late Charles and Mary (Aman) Morrison. She was a professional Housekeeper and late worked in the stockroom at Johnson Rubber. She married Fred R. Hottenstein who passed away in 1968, and then was married to Joseph Nicholes July of 1983 who passed away in 1987. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Middlefield. Isabel enjoyed flower gardening and knitting where she made over 100 sweaters in her 70’s.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Mary Lou (Roman) Hostetler of Middlefield, sons, Dale (Patricia) Hottenstein of Surprise, AZ, David (Shirley) Hottenstein of Huntsburg. Her 6 grandchildren, David, Jodi, Jeremy, Jill, Mellissa, and Stacy, 17 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Morrison, Howard Morrison, James Morrison, Walt Morrison, and Arthur Morrison.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday November 19, 2020 at 1:00 PM in Middlefield Cemetery with Lay Minister David Rozalski officiating.
