Dan M. Miller, 84, of Mesopotamia, passed away at home Wednesday June 10, 2020 surrounded by his beloved family. He was born November 27, 1935 in Huntsburg, Ohio to the late Mose and Lovina (Yoder) Miller. He worked as a mechanic for the City of Akron and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He was ordained deacon on April 30, 1967.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Mary A. (Byler) Miller, children, Anna (Dave) Weaver, Ada (Jerry) Miller, Mary (Leroy) Miller, Daniel (Lydiann) Miller, Mahlon (Ruth) Miller, Fannie (Lester) Detweiler, Barbara (Robert) Weaver, Ervin (Arlene) Miller, Martha (Jacob) Mullet, Andy (Kathy) Miller, Esther (Andy) Byler, Melvin (Alma) Miller, Sarah (Roy) Byler, sister, Melinda Miller 69 grandchildren, and 123 great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded by 3 brother, 4 sisters, and 2 granddaughters.
Calling hours will be held from now until day of service at 9263 N. Girdle Road, Mesopotamia, Ohio 44439. Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 AM Saturday June 13, 2020 at 9291 N. Girdle Road, Mesopotamia, Ohio 44439 with Bishop Bill Byler officiating. Burial will follow at Wilcox Cemetery, Mesopotamia.
