Dan D. Fisher, 74, of Mesopotamia, Ohio, passed away suddenly at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, January 17, 2022. He was born to the late Dan J. and Mary (Weaver) Fisher on September 9, 1947, in Mesopotamia, Ohio and had been a lifetime resident. Dan married Nancy M. (Mast) on November 25, 1971, and recently celebrated their fifty year anniversary. He owned and operated Mespo Remodeling and worked in construction. Dan was a member of the Old Order Amish.
Dan is survived by his wife Nancy (Mast ) Fisher, children Jean Marie Fisher, Linda (Mike) Bytnar, Susan (Reuben) Troyer, Mary (Samuel) Byler, Daniel (Saloma) Fisher, Johnny (Martha) Fisher, Nancy (Mark) Byler, Barbara (Stephen) Eicher, Robert (Ella) Fisher, his siblings Minnie Byler, Joe (Edna) Fisher, John (Emma) Fisher, Fannie (Bill) Detweiler, Linda (Henry) Borkholder, Mary (Les) Byler, 37 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Monroe Fisher. A grad daughter Elizabeth Fisher, and a brother, Chris Fisher.
Calling hours will be Tuesday January 18th and Wednesday January 19th from now until time of service at his home, 8874 State Route 534, Mesopotamia, Ohio. The funeral service will be held Thursday January 20, 2022 at 9:30 am at 8529 State Route 534, Mesopotamia, Ohio. Burial will be at Wilcox Cemetery.
