Charles "Charlie" Zajaczkowski

Charles “Charlie” Zajaczkowski, 62 of West Farmington, passed away from a medical battle on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Warren Health Care. He was born on June 1, 1958 in Chardon, the son of the late “Casey” Casimier and Mary (Fletcher) Zajaczkowski. He was a 1977 graduate of Newbury High School and worked in maintenance for Waste Management for years. Charlie enjoyed being involved with his daughter Faith’s activities. He was a girl scout leader for 4 years and won top girl scout cookie seller for 4 years. He also got his daughter to play flag football. He was a fanatic fan of the Minnesota Vikings.

He will be missed dearly by his beloved wife Sandy (Phillips) together 31 years, his daughter Faith Barnett, two stepsons, Robert Talkington and David (Ashley) Talkington, six grandchildren, two brothers, Joseph and Edward Zajaczkowski, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours will be held 1:00-3:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High St., Middlefield, OH 44062.
