Barbara Ann (Herakovic) Kaminski

Barbara A. (Herakovic) Kaminski, 79 of Middlefield passed away Saturday November 29, 2025, at Medina Hospice House. She was born September 2, 1946, in Cleveland to the late Michael and Betty (Soeder) Herakovic.  She graduated from Grand Valley High School where she met Jack Kaminski, the love of her life and married him December 24, 1967. She was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church. Barb enjoyed working in her flower beds, mowing the lawn, spending time with Jack sitting under the front tree.  She also enjoyed spending time at breakfast with her friends at Cinda’s restaurant, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.  

She will be sadly missed by her children, Angel Chudzik of Orwell, Jack (Shelby) Kaminski of Windsor, grandchildren, Lucas Varner, Alex Chudzik, Eve, Ivy, Jessman, Nora Jean, Jett, Zebulon Kaminski, a brother, Mike Herakovic of Middlefield, her sister-in-law, Joanne Hopes of Orwell, and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Dennis Kaminski, granddaughter, Teddie Lynn Chudzik, son-in-law, Theodore J. Chudzik.

A Celebration of her life with a Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Saturday December 6, 2025 from 11:00-3:00 PM at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 16280 Kinsman Rd, Middlefield, OH 44062.
