Matthew James Slabaugh

Matthew James Slabaugh 7 days old, of Middlefield Township passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.  He was born June 11, 2019 to James and Sara (Gingerich) Slabaugh. 

He will be forever in the hearts of his parents, maternal grandmother, Ida Gingerich, paternal grandparents, Marty and Susan Slabaugh, four aunts, six uncles, and many cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Erwin E. Gingerich Jr, one aunt, and two cousins. 

Calling hours will be held at the family’s home, 17772 Kinsman Road Middlefield, Ohio 44062   until time of the Funeral Service. which will be held Thursday June 20, 2019 at 9:30AM.  Bishop Mose J. Miller will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Hayes Road Cemetery.
