Joseph Krejci Obituary

Joseph G. Krejci, age 67 of Windsor, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at UH Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood. Born on July 15, 1952 in Cleveland, he was a son of George and Ann (Yarwood) Krejci.  He served with the US Marine Corp. Joseph was a production manager for Orlando Baking Co. in Cleveland. He started working in 1968 and retired in 2009. He was a member of the Bakers Union Local # 19. Joseph married Laura Orlando January 15, 1975, they lived in Windsor since 1994 coming from Montville. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, taking care of the yard and helped anybody that needed his help. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchild. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

Joseph is survived by his beloved wife Laura of 44 years, four children, Stephanie (Scott) Javins of Kirtland, Joseph Krejci of Windsor, Michael (Dana) Krejci of Madison and Stacy (Eric) Herrod of Alabama, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild, two sisters, Barbara DeCara and Mary Krejci, two brothers, Norman and Stephen Krejci, and his extended family, the Rothackers.  He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Edith Ann Coschignano and two brothers, Ernest and Robert Krejci.

Calling hours will be held Friday, Nov. 1, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 PM and Saturday, Nov. 2nd, 10:00 AM until the Celebration of his Life at 12:00 Noon at Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High Street, Middlefield, OH 44062. Burial will follow the service at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the PKD Foundation, 1001 E 101st Terrace, Suite 220, Kansas City, MO 64131.
