James McGill Obituary

James R. McGill, 82 of Windsor Township, passed away at his home on Saturday, December 7, 2019. He is “together again” with is beloved wife Mary Lou McGill who passed away Oct. 9, 2018. James was born on July 7, 1937 in Cleveland to Paul and Julia (Viola) McGill. He married the love of his life Mary Lou Massey on March 28, 1957 and enjoyed 60 years together before she died in 2018.

James was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Orwell. He loved fishing, hunting, and an avid Cleveland sports fan, especially the Cleveland Indians. He worked in Construction and was a member of Local #310.

James will be missed by his loving five children, Jimmy McGill, Michael McGill, Dareen McGill, Maureen Velotta, and Denise McGill; 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, his brother Larry McGill and his sister Pat Woods. He is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and three brothers, Paul, Gary, and Terry McGill.

Per is wishes, no visitation or service will be held. He will be buried in Middlefield Cemetery.
