Darran Kurt Boyd

Darran Kurt Boyd, 31, of Newbury, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Metro Health with his family by his side. He was born on June 2, 1988 in Claridon to Dennis E. and Kelly A. (Fennell) Boyd. Darran was a graduate of Newbury High School. He was an Arborist at Boyd Tree LLC. He loved the outdoors, hiking, and going to music festivals. His true love was spending time with his daughter Grace, family, and friends, who will miss him dearly.

Darran is survived by his loving family, his parents, his daughter Grace Isabella Boyd, his love of his life Nikki Dimitroff, his brother Dennis (Kimberly) Boyd, maternal grandmother Gail Fennell, his niece and nephew Asher and Aubrey, and many other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Alfred Fennell and his paternal grandparents, John and Esther Boyd.

Calling hours will be held 4:00-7:00 PM with the Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 PM Friday, July 5, 2019 at Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High St., Middlefield, OH 44062.
