Crist P Miller

Crist P. Miller, age 90, lifelong resident of Middlefield, passed away of a lingering illness, Thursday, May 16, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 10, 1929 in Middlefield, son of the late Pete N. and Mattie (Byler) Miller. He married Maryalice Schrock on November 10, 1949.  Crist worked at Sheoga Flooring, the Middlefield Auction Barn, and was a farmer. He loved the outdoors, hunting and enjoyed traveling. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Family and friends will miss him dearly.

Crist is survived by his loving wife Maryalice of over 69 years, eight children, Raymond (Loma Mae), Pete (Savannah), Philip (Martha), Barbara Jane (Ervin) Miller, John Mark (Cristine), Robert James (Betty), Paul (Sarah Ann), and Crist Jr. (Regina); 45 grandchildren, 90 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers and sisters.

The Funeral Service will be held 9:30 AM Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Andrew Yoder’s residence, 15402 Burton Windsor Rd., Middlefield, Ohio 44062. Calling hours are anytime until the time of the Service. Burial will be at Millers Cemetery in Middlefield.
